How Agent Rewards Work

A simple guide to earning, tracking and withdrawing THBP reward points as an approved co-broker.

Once your application is approved and Agent Rewards is active, eligible listings and genuine referrals are checked automatically when THBP publishes the listing.

Two ways to earn

Only eligible, non-duplicate listings qualify for rewards.

200points

Direct listing reward

Earn 200 points for each eligible listing you submit. Up to 25 direct listing rewards are available per calendar quarter.

150points

New owner referral

Earn 150 points for the first eligible listing from each genuinely new owner who registers through your referral link. Referrals are unlimited.

Submit an eligible listing or share your unique referral link with a genuinely new owner.

THBP verifies and publishes

THBP reviews the listing, checks eligibility and duplicates, and publishes approved listings.

Wait 30 active days

Points remain pending while the listing completes 30 active days, then move to your available balance.

Withdrawing your rewards

Add and verify your payout details before submitting a withdrawal request.

Important programme rules

  • Clicks and registrations are tracked, but do not earn points by themselves.
  • A referred owner must be genuinely new to THBP.
  • Duplicate, copied or ineligible listings do not receive rewards.
  • English and Thai versions of the same listing count only once.
  • If a listing does not complete 30 active days, its pending reward may be cancelled.
  • After 120 days without activity, new reward earning pauses until you reactivate it.
